For our first meeting, we played two types of literacy games. I would get both of these games for my classroom. They are a fun way to learn and review letters. :)

The "Reading Tigers"
Today, Friday, 9/30/11, we met with our reading groups for the first time. We have four reading groups in our class. My group is called the "Reading Tigers" with Sammy, Lyssia, Olivia, and Delaney. We will meet every morning, except on Mondays. I haven't led a reading group before, so this is GREAT experience for me. I'm excited to see how I can help my group and to see their progress by December.
